Hosting und technische Protokolle
Diese Website läuft bei Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Irland), Rechenzentrumsregion Westeuropa. Beim Aufruf verarbeitet Microsoft die technisch nötigen Daten wie IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, aufgerufene Adresse und Browserkennung, um die Seiten auszuliefern und vor Missbrauch zu schützen.
Für die Schnittstelle des Kontaktformulars zeichnen wir technische Protokolle auf (Zeitpunkt, Antwortstatus, Dauer, grob abgeleiteter Standort) mit Microsoft Azure Application Insights, Region Nordeuropa. Die IP-Adresse selbst wird dabei nicht gespeichert; die Protokolle werden nach 90 Tagen gelöscht.
Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an einem sicheren und funktionierenden Betrieb (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Microsoft verarbeitet diese Daten als Auftragsverarbeiter [prüfen: Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag / Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum].
Kontaktformular
Wenn Sie uns über das Formular schreiben, verarbeiten wir Ihren Namen, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, Ihr Unternehmen (freiwillig), Ihre Nachricht, die gewählte Sprache und den Zeitpunkt. Wir verwenden diese Angaben, um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Anfrage vor einem möglichen Vertrag) bzw. unser berechtigtes Interesse, Anfragen zu beantworten (lit. f).
- Speicherung: Ihre Anfrage wird in unserem internen Notizsystem abgelegt (Microsoft Azure Table Storage, Region Nordeuropa), auf das nur unser Team Zugriff hat.
- KI-Assistenz: Interne Assistenzfunktionen können Anfragen lesen, wenn ein Teammitglied sie darum bittet. [prüfen: eingesetzte KI-Dienste und ihren Standort auflisten]
- Benachrichtigung: Damit wir eine Anfrage sofort sehen, schicken wir eine kurze Meldung mit Ihrem Namen in einen internen Kanal bei Discord (Discord Inc., San Francisco, USA). - Schutz vor Missbrauch: Um das Formular vor automatisierten Massen-Einsendungen zu schützen, halten wir fest, wie oft von einer Adresse aus gesendet wurde. Die IP-Adresse speichern wir dabei nicht im Klartext, sondern nur als nicht umkehrbaren Kennwert (HMAC) mit dem Zeitpunkt der Einsendung. Mehr als fünf Anfragen pro Stunde von derselben Adresse lehnen wir ab (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

Hosting and technical logs
This website runs on Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland), data centre region West Europe. When you visit, Microsoft processes the technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested address and browser identifier to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
For the contact form's interface we record technical logs (time, response status, duration, approximate location) with Microsoft Azure Application Insights, region North Europe. The IP address itself is not stored; the logs are deleted after 90 days.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Microsoft processes this data as our processor [check: data processing agreement / Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum].
Contact form
When you write to us through the form, we process your name, email address, company (optional), your message, the chosen language and the time. We use these details to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (a request before a possible contract) or our legitimate interest in answering requests (point (f)).
- Storage: your request is kept in our internal notes system (Microsoft Azure Table Storage, region North Europe), which only our team can access.
- AI assistance: internal assistant features can read requests when a team member asks them to. [check: list the AI services used and where they run]
- Notification: so that we see a request straight away, we send a short message with your name to an internal channel on Discord (Discord Inc., San Francisco, USA). - Abuse protection: to protect the form from automated mass submissions, we record how often an address has sent. The IP address is not stored in plain text but only as an irreversible code (HMAC) with the time of sending. We refuse more than five requests per hour from the same address (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
